We encourage applications from students who are highly motivated, self-disciplined, and academically minded. It should be noted that we welcome students from all schools to apply. The program is not limited to students from the BCI feeder schools.

Application packages become available around January of each year. They can be obtained from the BCI main office, or from printing a copy that will be available on this website. Applications are usually due in February or March that same year.
