Europe Trip 2011
Arc De Triomphe

To offer the intrigue and inspiration of the global classroom to our community, a few DSS teachers are organizing one of their most exciting trips yet!

It begins with a transatlantic flight to Paris. Three days will be spent in Paris, followed by travels to Provence, Carcassonne and Barcelona.

The Louvre

As we enter Spain we will be greeted by it's breathtaking beauty. The modern Mediterranian city of Barcelona beckons us.

As a host of the 1992 Olympics, it boasts a perfect balance of old and new: home of the stunning Mediterranian Gothic style of the Barcelona Cathedral. We spend the better part of three days to take is but a fraction of what this city has to offer.

Notre Dame

Want to know more about this experience of a lifetime? Contact Mrs. Debi Weaver, Mrs. Jen Green Johnson, or Mrs. Jessie MacLeod at DSS, 774-7401. In addition to all transportation and accomodations, the value packed price of $3000 includes daily breakfast and dinner, an array of tours and attractions - of which only a few are mentioned above. The trip is open to students, families and fiends. (adults pay a $450 supplement.)

Lots of fundraising will be done by students to help pay for their trip. If you register for the trip by February 28, 2010, the fee will be discounted by $100! Register now!
